Agreement to Terms. Your access to and use of https://buffalokitchenclub.com is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. By using the Site, you agree to these Terms in full.
Scope of Services. Through this Site, Buffalo Kitchen Club markets and arranges Cocktails, Takeout Food, Wine, Brunch, Buffalo Wings. All work is performed under separate written agreement.
Account Conduct. Information you provide must be accurate. You must keep any login credentials private and report unauthorized use immediately.
Prohibited Conduct. You will not: violate any law, disrupt Site operation, gain unauthorized access, harvest data, transmit malware, or impersonate any person or entity.
Ownership. Buffalo Kitchen Club (or its licensors) owns all Site content, including text, images, branding, and code. Reproduction without consent is prohibited.
Charges. All service fees are agreed in writing in advance. Your service agreement specifies payment schedules and any refund provisions.
Suspension. Site access may be suspended or terminated for any reason, including violation of these Terms, with or without prior notice.
As-Is Basis. https://buffalokitchenclub.com is provided on an "as is" basis. Buffalo Kitchen Club makes no warranty regarding completeness, reliability, or accuracy of information presented.
Damages. Buffalo Kitchen Club is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Aggregate liability shall not exceed amounts you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim.
Hold Harmless. You will indemnify Buffalo Kitchen Club against losses arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Site, or your violation of any law or third-party right.
Applicable Law. These Terms are construed under NY law. The parties consent to venue and jurisdiction in NY for any related dispute.
Updates. Buffalo Kitchen Club reserves the right to update these Terms. The current version is always available on this Site, and continued use signifies acceptance.
